This page explains our refund and dispute process for digital products and subscriptions.
Refund policy (digital products)
Unless otherwise required by law, purchases of DodsonEng digital products are final and we do not offer returns.
If you believe there is an error (for example, duplicate billing or an unauthorized transaction), contact support and we’ll investigate.
Disputes / chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support can delay resolution.
